Payments

Payments should be paid within 7 days of purchase via Paypal only. 

Postage

PLEASE NOTE:  There may be delays to ALL packages posted due to Royal Mail Industrial Action - although your item will be posted first class within 3 days this industrial action is causing delays of a week or more.

Postage Discounts are available when purchasing 3 or more items.  Please request combined postage & packaging total before paying as postage discounts cannot be applied after.  Alternatively please wait for an invoice with the correct postage total before paying.

Items are posted via first class post within 3 days except for heavy items which are sent RM standard parcel (delivery for this option is 3 - 5 days). 

Proof of postage is always obtained.  The date of posting will be clearly displayed on your package.  We are unable to control what happens to an item once it has been posted so please bear this in mind when leaving feedback.

Returns

Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund provided the items are unused. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your intention of returning an item.  Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original and unopened and unused condition plus full cost of return postage.
