Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end. We have the right to sell your item if not settled 7 days after auction has ended. We also report all non-payment. Bidding constitutes as a binding legal contract. All bidders will receive appropriate feedback. We accept payment via Paypal, Postal Order and Cheque. Goods can not be sent until funds have cleared.
The shipping & handling fee applied includes Post, Packing and Handling. We price our items with a very low mark up allowing us to turn over products fast and in turn giving you quality products at great prices. We aim to ship your item within 48 hours of cleared funds, but in most cases it is done within 24 hour. Postage discounts are available on some B.I.N multiple purchases excluding auction items.
Replacements and Refunds
To keep our quality service high, please make sure you read our returns and payment policies carefully before bidding or buying. We do try our best to help customers with any questions that they may have. If the item is damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been issued, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving it, any later than 2 days will enable us to replace or issue a refund. We are more than happy to issue a replacement, or a refund if the item is sold out. All Returns must be done within 5 days of receiving the item with all original boxes and in an unused condition. All return postage excluding wrong item sent is to be paid by you as the buyer.
