FAQs

1. Larger quantities - If you are looking for different quantities or bundles please email and we will happily quote you and add an item to ebay for you. However please note with the combined carriage rates on further items, you will be able to buy competitively within the ebay shop. IF YOU REQUIRE LARGE NUMBERS OF SIMs on ebay, please contact us on 08707 504848 to register as a reseller.

2. Feedback - We hope you are happy with your purchase and will give us positive feedback. Upon receipt of Feedback we will automatically return the compliment. Please note that we do not issue the automated Feedback until received - because most buyers sell on ebay and do not wish to show their supplier. In the unlikely event that you do have a genuine problem with your purchase, please email us before leaving negative feedback and we will resolve the situation.

3. Contact - If you have any questions please email us and we will get back to you ASAP. We are on-line most weekdays between 8.30am and 1.30pm. We are closed at Weekends and on Bank Holidays.

4. Deliveries - Our usual service is Parcelforce 48, unless next day (24) is requested and paid for. The 24 hour service means next working day, which does not include Saturdays or Bank Holidays. A Saturday delivery is possible, but is an extra £ 5 on top of the 24 price. Please also note that deliveries to non-mainland UK destinations (such as Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Islands of Scotland ....) need an addition day for delivery and an addition cost of £ 5. Please use the +/- box on checkout to add these charges. We do our best to provide an efficient service, but occasionally the carriers do let us down, and sorry but we cannot be held responsible for that. If the item is late, we will happily supply a tracking number, but sorry, due to our remote storage facilities, we can only do that same day if requested before 9am.

5. Orders - Items paid for by 9am normally reach the carrier that day (usually lunchtime - except on some busy Mondays). If you have a later order (but before 3pm) we will endeavour to respond to that, but please telephone to arrange. Sorry we do NOT offer a collection facility, although we may be able to meet up with you by prior arrangement.

6. Payment - We accept Paypal as means of payment. Please make payment within 3 working days. Non payment within 7 working days may result in the item being relisted and negative feedback being issued. Please note that for added security, if your ebay feedback is less than 5 and your address at PayPal is unverified, we reserve the right to make further security checks prior to dispatch, or not supply at all. We do accept payment by Postal Order. Please don' forget to allow extra time for it to arrive in the post. If you send a cheque, this will have to be cleared first, which can take up to an extra 5 working days - as we cannot bank every day.

7. Handsets- When inserting these SIMs into a branded phone or locked to another network, the handset may need to be unlocked by a local independent dealer. Prices vary but typically can be £ 5. For some of the older Nokias, these can be unlocked online for FREE. Search Google for 'Free Nokia Unlocking'. Some of the latest Nokias are not readily unlocked.

8. Numbers - You should be aware that at all times the SIM card itself and its phone number remains the property of the Network. You are paying for a service (The Connection Pack).

9. Gold Numbers - Due to inappropriate activity, the Networks Distribution process has removed most of the so called 'Gold Numbers' from these SIM Packs. Also note, if your customer does wish to retain a particular number, it must be need to registered with password protection, a top-up and make a chargeable call - then make a call before every 90 days is up. Otherwise it can easily be stolen. Customers may request a PAC number to leave to another network.

10. Number checking - When a SIM card makes an active event (such as making a call), the SIM then has 90 days of validity left. Unless it is used and topped-up before the 90 expiry period it will disconnected and useless after this. Most SIMs have the numbers printed on the packaging (not Orange or Vodafone). If you need to know the mobile number (Vodafone) you can dial *#100#, however this will set the 90 days running on most networks. Therefore unsealed packs can give you problems. All of our packs are sealed.

11. Validity - Unless stated the SIMs will have at least 4 months validity left (guaranteed). Most have 9-11 months. Orange has a longer shelf life, however due to the printed info contained within, it is better to make sure they get used soon as possible.

12. Faulty - We've never had any faulty SIMs, but if your customer needs to keep his number, they must contact the network directly. In the unlikely event of a faulty batch, we will of course exchange them. Please note that Orange and CPW SIMs are not active until registered at the network, so they will not find a signal before this.

13. Loaded credit & offers - Please note, all of our products are official products and are delivered with the standard credit and offers. All SIM serial numbers are recorded for tracking purposes and any improperly used details are reported back, which may lead to us and/or the Network declining future business from you.

Terms & Conditions of Supply

(The boring bits - but IMPORTANT)

Sorry the below is a pain, but not an issue for genuine business & customers

1. These SIM packs are supplied on the basis that they are for re-sale, not for personal use. Please get prior approval if you wish to connect more than 5 SIMs in one persons name or 10 in one household.

2. These SIM Packs are not supplied for introducing genuine customers to the Network. They are not provided for using up registration or top-up credit. All reseller details have to be supplied to the network (when requested), and are abuses are investigated by them. Please be aware that call locations are traceable to within 10 metres. Each handset IMEI is also recorded and many are traceable. Use in Gateways is not genuine business either.

3. These SIM Packs are for use and re-sale in the UK only. They can only be exported by prior consent.

4. These SIM Packs are provided at a 'nett' price for the purpose of getting a genuine connection from an end-user. Pre-connection is not permitted. Breaking the seals prior to end-user registration is not permitted. Pre-activation to find 'Gold Numbers' is not permitted. A high proportions of SIMs (50%) should NOT remain unconnected after 6 months, they may be cancelled by the Network, and there may be an enquiry. As a reseller you undertake to make best endeavours in the re-sale of the Packs to find genuine customers who will top-up at least twice. When you order these SIMs you enter into an agreement that you will refund us £ 2.35 for each SIM, that there is non-genuine activity as deemed by the sole discretion of the Network. That is very unlikely to happen due to normal retail activity. NB. It is not helpful to the Industry to give SIM Packs away, or promote the unneccessary take up of offers by end-users such as '3 for the price of 1' for example. Please promote these principles in your 'down-line'. If you are genuine and diligent, you will record who you sell SIMs to, by phone number or serial number.

5. Breaches of the these Terms could result in legal action to recover losses and a clawback of up to £6 per SIM card supplied. Due to the SIMs actually being worth up to £ 6 each, you are gaining a financial benefit by buying them at a lower cost under these Terms & Conditions. Therefore a breach of these conditions, may be an offence. Beware of obtaining goods for someone who may commit a criminal offence such as 'Obtaining Goods/Services by Deception' or 'Gaining a Temporary Pecuniary Advantage' - both are types of Fraud. Do not become an accessory or a conspirator to that. Beware those using these scams to raise money for extreme political activities.

6. Please also note that if you deal in mobile phones or/and related items (which can include SIM cards), special Laws apply, and special HM Revenue & Customs Rules apply. For example - the requirement to keep traceable records. You may even need to register transactions at the VAT office dealing with these regulations (Croydon) -certainly for Import/Export. Also there are new Laws regarding the so called 'Reverse Charge' of VAT on Mobile Phones.

7. Sorry, to have to make you aware, but these are Industry and Government Rules, all bonefide sellers follow these rules.
