20 1x1" Black Velvet Earring Hanging Display Card Pad

1x1" hanging earring cards with black velvet strip on black plastic.  Ideal for displaying earrings, can either be hung with the small lip at the back on a display rack or laid flat.

Postage and Packing Charges

Our standard p&p costs are 85p for the first item and 5p for each additional item for UK & Ireland buyers, and £1.75 for the first item and 10p for each additional item for buyers outside the UK.  We reserve the right to charge postage at cost for all orders where these estimated costs are far below actual cost price of postage in line with ebay guidelines on postage charges.  If you suspect your order may require a special postage quote, please contact us before placing the order to allow us to provide you with a quote.  All of our orders are posted in padded envelopes to ensure safe delivery. 

Delivery of Your Item(s)

We aim to have your item despatched to you within 24 hours of us receiving cleared payment.  The quickest payment methods are Paypal, NoChex and Postal Orders.  If you pay by cheque we will wait until the payment clears into our bank account before sending your goods - this can be up to 10 working days from the date we receive the cheque.  We prepare orders every evening after 5.30pm, when we print your invoice to prepare your order you will receive an email notification to let you know, your order will then be posted first class (or airmail) the following day.  We are able to post orders most days of the week (except Thursdays), however if you need your order for a specific date, please check with us in advance as we both work in addition to running the shop and on occasion this may interfere with getting to the post office on time!

Feedback

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and we do everything we can to ensure your product reaches you in pristine condition, as described and quickly.  If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a refund facility and more often than not any problems can be resolved with an email.  Please contact us with any problems you may have before leaving negative or neutral feedback.  Our feedback system is automated like many other high volume sellers, this is to ensure that we know you have received your item and that you are happy - on receipt of your items and presuming there are no problems please leave positive feedback for us and positive feedback will automatically be left for you.  Please look at our feedback page for assurance of our service!
