Pay with your credit card through PayPal.
We also accept money orders or cashiers checks to the address in the shipping details. If you pay with either of these, your item will not be shipped until bank approval of the check or order.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via Parcelforce or another suitable carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: We only Ship Items to the UK and Ireland as a General Rule. If you are interested in bidding please email us for a quote to ship to your area / country BEFORE BIDDING.
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
Seller is not responsible for any item during shipping so we strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance, especially items over £100.00.
Any item over £250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.

Returns can only be accepted if we receive written notification within 7 working days of the goods being received.
Before returning goods please contact us to confirm that you are returning the item.
The customer is responsible for returning any unwanted items and any costs involved in returning them.
All items should be returned in original packaging where possible and in a satisfactory condition.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
If any boxes show signs of damage please sign for the goods stating 'packaging damaged & unchecked.
Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 24 hours.

Selling Services UK is Ballymena’s first eBay drop off store providing hassle free ways of selling your unwanted goods on eBay. Simply drop them off and we'll do the rest.
Customers bring items that they would like to sell to one of our drop off stores. Our staff will assess and value your goods on site, then we'll recommend a suitable selling package. Professional digital photo’s are also taken.
Items are fully researched and a detailed description is written. We list the items on eBay and handle all prospective customer queries. If requested we can send you a link to your auction, so that you can follow the progress of your item or sit back and wait for a cheque in the mail.
After auction ends we process and clear all payments before shipping the item to the buyer.
Items are carefully packaged and stored in our offsite warehouse until they are dispatched or collected.
House calls can be arranged for larger and specialised items.
NOTE: We only accept items with an estimated value of £30 or more.
