RETURNS POLICY: 

In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your purchase please either telephone us on +44 (0)23 8084 2190 or email us at sale@TheBoatJumble.co.uk immediatelly to arrange a replacement.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the following returns policy.

If you are unhappy with a product we will exchange the product but he following applies:

You must inform us in writting within seven working days from the day after that on which you received the goods.

If the goods are to be returned you must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and their original packing. It is your responsibility to pay for their return to The Boat Jumble - 34 Ashleigh Close - Hythe - Hants SO45 3QP.
On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund as soon as possible and, at the latest,within 10 days of receiving the goods back.

If the item was faulty we will replace it (within seven days of you receiving it) once the faulty item has been returned, unused and in it's original condition and packaging, to us. We will not replace items that have been damaged by incorrect fitting or by mishandling.
