Shipping Conditions

Shipping for all circumstances is limited to mainland United Kingdom addresses only and will generally be dispatched within 7 working days from date of cleared payment.  In all cases we will do our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible (within 4 working days).

The post and packing costs listed are what have been deemed as reasonable.  The specified cost is to ensure that there are adequate funds in place to pack and post your item to the required standard.  All postage and packing costs are inclusive of insurance unless stated otherwise.

Collection Conditions (Applicable to Collection Only items)

IMPORTANT: Collection of items listed as collection only are restricted to Sundays between 11am and 1pm there is very little flexibility with these times.  All our items are stored in a secure facility so if you arrive outside the stated times you will not be able to collect your item. 

Where an item is listed as collection only, full details including collection address and contact details will be sent to the buyer at the end of the auction/fixed price sale.

NOTE: items will only be stored for maximum of 10 days after purchase date although this can be extended at our discretion if a good enough reason is provided as to why item cannot be collected within 10 days.  Any items not collected after this period will mean you will forfeit your right to the item and item will be re-listed.  In addition, you will be reported to eBay and we reserve the right to refuse a refund in respect of payments made to cover the cost of keeping item in storage.

For items that are deemed small enough, I can offer buyers an alternative collection day from an alternative address.  However, please appreciate collection time will be outside working hours.

Items that are deemed to be too large for general shipping will be clearly listed as collection only. 

Note, if listing contains the words collection only then NO standard postage services will be offered, although, if item is no taller than 1.7 metres item can be shipped using our fixed price pallet service.  The pallet service starts from £60.00 per pallet to £80.00 per pallet depending on your location.  Our Pallet service is only applicable to deliveries within mainland United Kingdom only.

Where applicable, you have seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should.  Please contact us with any issues so we can troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a return is necessary. All items must be in their original packaging, with no missing items.  Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back are not eligible for a refund. Compatibility of any product is the purchaser's responsibility.  Power Supplies are NOT supplied with any of our items unless stated otherwise.

If you have any questions about a product, please visit the manufacturer's website or call their customer service before placing a bid. If you still have questions after contacting the manufacturer, please contact us and we will do our up most to answer your question(s). As stated previously, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted after 7 days for any items.

IMPORTANT: "Defective" is defined as physically broken or non-functioning, not that it did not work for your application or that additional parts or software are required to use the item. If the title or description of any listing includes the phrases/words parts, fix, repair, not tested, untested, at own risk, then returns policy DOES NOT APPLY

Definition of Tested Working

Items that has been listed as 'tested working' or 'pulled from working site' have undergone a basic power test only and a general cosmetic check to ensure item is in a good enough state for sale.  Please appreciate that 'tested working' or 'pulled from a working site' does not guarantee that every aspect of that item is in A1 condition unless stated otherwise.

For example, a desktop PC is listed as 'tested working' means PC has undergone test to ensure it powers on and NOT that it fully functions as a PC ,so items like the CD-ROM and Floppy Disk Drive would not have undergone individual tests other than a cosmetic test to ensure they are complete.

Antoher example is, a Server that has been 'tested working' would have been tested to ensure it powers up and not powered up and checked for any 'bios passwords'.

Absence of Operating Systems

Note, where applicable, items listed for sale DO NOT come with operating systems unless stated.  If you purchase an item that can use an operating system, it is the buyers responsibility to install this.  Items purchased are sold as described so please bare in mind that purchasing a laptop does not mean when you recieve it, you will be able to switch it on and boot straight into windows.
