Inkjet cartridges can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase only under the condition the cartridge is still in its original factory sealed package.
Any defective inkjet cartridges can be replaced within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be given to any opened or used cartridges, but may be given a exchange if the cartridge is found to be defective.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
