IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS:

Please let me answer a few questions I have had from previous customers buying for the first time and checking that these are the real item….

1.         The product looks different from the one I have bought from the shops –

Please note that this is the “RICH” version cream not the standard product. It is different. My wife loves it as she finds it more moisturising.

2.         The label looks different than the shop version –

This comes from the States and is slightly different from the UK version. Follow the link above to the USA CLINIQUE site and you will see that this design is exactly as shown.

3.         The jar isn’t full! –

No. Like most things today the jars are not filled to the top, but they are a full 15ml. Also all these have a white cover to prevent the cream getting inside the lid, and sometimes these come away trapped inside the lid when they are unscrewed.

4.         My local beauty counter says that it is not genuine –

Well…. They would say that wouldn’t they. First see the comments above and be assured that I do not sell any products that are not (first tested by my wife, who has delicate skin and eyes) genuine.

Please buy with full confidence by reading the excellent comments from previous buyers.

But if you are unsure at all….. Please don’t buy! Go to your local beauty counter and buy a jar for £20+ just to be sure.
