Summary
This is a collection of 2 x British 6 pounder guns in mono-tone Sand/Dark Yellow (Desert) camouflage paint scheme.
Model Details
These models were made by Takara (of Japan), they are pre-painted, and highly detailed. There are three sets of anti-tank guns in this series of models (9 different models in total) - Collection Numbers are #136, #137 and #138.
The other 19 models available in the Takara World Tank Museum Volume 07 "Battle of Kursk" Collection (released in 2005) are military vehicles and tanks.
These particular 1/144th scale models are very accurately moulded in dense plastic resin and painted with an excellent level of fine detail. These models are very popular and will certainly appeal to 12mm / N Scale / 1:144 Wargamers, Diorama Model Makers and Collectors of World War Two miniature Military models.
Anti-Tank Gun Model Dimensions and Details
The guns are in 1/144th scale (1:144), the spacial dimensions of these guns (legs are fixed and set open) are as follows:-
British 6 pdr. gun
(Millimetres) :- 32mm long, 26mm wide, 5mm high.
(Inches) :- 1.25" inches long, 1" inch wide, 0.20" inches high.
A photographic backing card and fold-out cartoon information sheet (in Japanese) is provided in each box.
