Post codes GY,JE,PA,PH,FK,HS,BT,IV,KW,IM,ZE,Isle of White,Isle of Scilly carry an extra delivery surcharge of £9. Please add this to the total in PayPal checkout if your item is going to one of these post codes
We always try our best to make sure goods receive you in the best possible state and fully working order. However sometimes the unexpected does happen e.g. item damaged by our courier. We ask all our customers to contact us in such circumstances within 48 hours. We will happily replace an item damaged in transit.
If you change your mind about an item, we will happily take it back and offer a full refund as long as the item is returned to us in unused condition and packaging has not been opened. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund. No refunds will be given after 7 days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost in event of a return due to change of mind.
If any item is damaged as a result of misuse, please note this is not covered by our returns policy.

Q: Can you deliver outside Mainland UK? A: Yes we can deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight subject to a surcharge. We can deliver anywhere within the Mainland UK. Q: I am unhappy about an aspect of service. What should I do? A: Please contact us immediately on sales@bovini.co.uk and we will do our best to make you happy. We are a customer focused company with great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Q: How will my item be delivered? A: Items upto 30kg in weight (e.g. bar stools) will be delivered by our couriers Parcel Force or UPS. Heavier items will be delivered on a pallet and the driver has the responsibility to deliver it up to your door only. However you may request the driver to leave the goods at a more secure place given that the surface is level.
