PAYMENT TERMS:
At the conclusion of the auction, the winner must pay within 10 hours of the auction ending. Payment is by PAYPAL ONLY plus $15.00 for shipping (if shipping is FREE, this will be stated in the Ticket Info Section). Paypal payments will only be accepted from buyers with paypal confirmed addresses. Tickets generally will ship out within 1 business day of purchase. If an item is not yet in stock, you will be notified with an approximate ship date. Usually this will be listed up by the 'TICKET INFO' section. If you are an international customer, shipping rate STARTS at $50.00. In some cases, you might be billed more if I have to ship to somewhere rural. International bidders, please email me so I can make the proper adjustments to the listing to accommodate you as best as possible. Tickets are time sensitive so please take all measures to pay asap so there is no confusion.
RETURN POLICY:
Only if an event is cancelled and there is NO reschedule date then a refund will be given less shipping fees. You will be given back 100% of your bid price as long as you follow my directions so I can obtain a credit on my eBay fees for the lost sale. If you fail to help me out in this process, your refund will be given to you LESS my ebay expenses. If the event is moved to another venue and ALL original tickets are honored, I cannot issue a refund. No refunds will be given if the ticket(s) are lost or damaged. Treat your purchase like cash. Once a purchase is deemed lost or damaged, there is nothing I can do. Tickets in some instances will have to be sent back to me to obtain a refund. If I do not receive the tickets back, I cannot issue a refund. Remember by bidding,you agree to ALL terms of this auction. | |

All hard style tickets are sent through FEDEX with tracking numbers to protect both of our investments. I do not send out with a 41 cent stamp through regular mail or meet in person. I will not use another cheaper service like USPS. When checking out, make sure to include your phone number in with payment so I can have that on file for the FEDEX air bill. Your phone number will not be added to any kind of sales list. Sole purpose for adding your phone number is for Fedex in case they have trouble delivering your package. Shipping insurance is optional but, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not select insurance, you will release FedEx and I from any type of liability if your package is damaged or lost. As for the E-tickets, they will simply be emailed to your confirmed paypal account. Delivery of E-tickets usually will take place within 48 hours, FREE OF CHARGE. If I am unable to email the e-tickets and they have to be shipped, this info will be stated in the TICKET INFO SECTION. | |

New users to eBay and ANYONE with a feedback rating of less than 5 MUST email me by clicking the 'ask the seller a question link' PRIOR TO BIDDING with your name and a number where you can be reached. For the subject of the email, please include event name and city. As soon as you email me that information, feel free to use the buy it now option to secure your seats. If this is an auction style listing, feel free to bid after the proper information has been emailed to me. Sorry to be so harsh, but I have been ripped off numerous times by deadbeats and I can't afford to let it happen again. Plus it is not fair to people who are bidding for real. New users are encouraged, but if I don't hear from you prior to bidding, don't be surprised if your bid is cancelled. All deadbeats will receive negative feedback and will be reported to eBay.

• By bidding, you are engaging into a legal, binding contract.
• Be absolutely 100% sure if you are bidding with a friend or for someone that payment can be obtained before the deadline of 10 hours.
• Tickets are always located together in the same row UNLESS NOTED. Yes, this means the tickets are located together, side-by-side, consecutive numbers and in the same row.
• Please go over the venue map carefully provided by the ticketing agency or venue. We only use the raw eBay venue maps in our listings. We are not responsible if the eBay map is incorrect. Licensing laws do not allow us to post the official map. I represent actual locations as best to my ability based on the venue maps published. If the show is moved to another venue and all original tickets are honored, I cannot issue a refund. Assume the risk, if there are any changes, I cannot be held responsible. In other words, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
• If you win more than one auction, only one shipping price is needed.
• I do not meet in person to exchange tickets.
• All orders are 100% confirmed through the parent ticketing company/box office. We do not offer tickets that are not confirmed directly from the parent ticketing company/box office. I no way are we affiliated with any team, box office or the parent ticketing company of a particular venue. In most cases, tickets are sold above face value. When discovering this upon delivery of your tickets is not grounds for cancelling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with Paypal or your credit card provider. Most of the time, tickets are in stock ready for immediate shipment. If tickets are not in stock, we ship out the SAME DAY that we receive them from the proper ticketing provider. Depending on the volume of orders received by the TICKETING PROVIDER, tickets might take a bit longer to get here. This can take up to 5 days before the event date. Where it states 'expected ship date' will give you an accurate status of the tickets listed. Don't hesitate to ask to see if the item is ready for shipping. Keep this in mind before bidding.
• When tickets are sent out with a 3rd party like Fedex, please take the iniative to pick up your tickets at the nearest station if you are to miss delivery. If tickets are left at the station and the event has passed, you will not receive a refund for your own negligence. If the tickets are sent back to me then you will have to pay an additional $15.00 for shipping. This will cover the additional expense of having to send out FEDEX again. Some auctions will be very time sensitive so please follow directions so no problems occur.
• There are NO REFUNDS unless the show is cancelled. Re-schedule of concert date, doesn't count as a cancellation. If the show is cancelled with out a make up date, then refund will be given.
• If you do not agree with ALL TERMS OF THIS AUCTION, please do not bid. Save us both the trouble.
