Except as provided by our guarantee/warranty policy below, no goods can be returned to us unless they are “BRAND NEW, COMPLETE, UNUSED, UNOPENED & IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING”.
In the unlikely event you wish to return BRAND NEW product, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt stating your intention to return the goods. Once we have agreed in writing to accept the return, the product has to be returned, at the buyer’s expense, unopened in its original state and packaging. A full refund for the item is then given (excluding p&p) in the same manner in which the item was paid for. If the product is not returned in a fully re-saleable as new condition – We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to withhold some or all of the purchase price or return the goods to the buyer. For your protection, we recommend the use of a traceable return service.
Warranty/Guarantee
All new items are covered by the Manufacturers Warranty provided that all the terms of that warranty/guarantee have been complied with. Where a problem arises, first you should contact us. Where appropriate, we will then ask you to return the faulty item to us using a traceable return service. If you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt and the goods are faulty, we will then replace the item and refund any reasonable return shipping costs up to a maximum value of £15. After that 7 day period, at our sole discretion, we will offer to replace, repair or refund faulty NEW goods. Damage caused through the buyer or a third party’s misuse, neglect, tampering, or by using the Goods for something other than their intended purpose, is not covered by guarantee/warranty. |
