Condition of Goods

Goods are generally NEW and described as honestly as possible. 

We aim to include all relevant details in the item description. If there is a specification that we have not covered, please feel free to Ask a Question.

Payment

Fees

UK Value Added Tax (@17.5%) is included in the final price of the Item(s) purchased.

Goods price + delivery charge = total price.

We can provide a VAT invoice if required – please ask.

Shipping

We ship/post to the UK only (Including offshore, but these may carry a surcharge, which can be quoted in advance)

We do not ship outside of the UK.

All goods are despatched via TNT or ANC depending on size of the package. All deliveries will need to be signed for on arrival. Drivers cannot leave parcels at unattended sites.

Delivery

Stock items are invariably shipped within 48 hours of cleared funds (normally within 24 hours or same day). All eBay shop and auction items are assumed as being in stock and will be posted/shipped within this timeframe, assuming all financial transaction and delivery details have been completed.

Collections

As a very busy distribution centre, we cannot process Collection of goods, therefore collection is NOT available.

Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this, so please don’t ask!

Delivery charges apply in every case but are kept as low as possible – we simply pass on our carrier’s charge to you.

Delivery charges are for our standard 2-3 day delivery. Next day delivery is available at an extra charge if required - please ask when we process your order.
