POSTAGE / SHIPPING
We post items 6 days a week and most items are processed and despatched the same day. All buyers outside of the UK please contact us for a shipping price before purchasing. We obtain proof of posting for all items sent and in the unlikely event of an item being lost we shall send a replacement or issue a refund less postage cost.
PAYMENT
We accept PAYPAL, Postal orders, Cheques however cheques will need to clear first (approx 5 days). All other payment methods will gain immediate shipment upon receipt. Payment must be received within seven working days of an auction ending. Failure will result in a "Non Paying Bidder” strike being filed with eBay and the item will automatically be re-listed. ALL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK MUST PAY BY PAYPAL ONLY.
RETURNS
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of original delivery date and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of a full refund or a replacement less return postage costs which is at our discretion.
