this is  for 2 bird feeders.they are used and there for have a few marks on them.they would be suitable for small pet birds.they both have green bases that are quit shallow.they attach to the cage by pushing the shallow base though the bars on the out side of the cage.so that just the base is in the cage.any further questions please just ask.
