2 X RECYCLED FOAM-CHIP YOGA BLOCKS (FULL SIZE ~ 2" DEEP)

The original chip foam yoga block which is still preferred by some yoga practitioners due the excellent grip between blocks. For use as cushioning in inversions, such as the shoulder stand (4-5 required), to support the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists. 305mm x 205mm x 50mm Note: Made from recycled foam so colours vary from batch to batch Size: 300mm x 200mm x 50mm (2")

Environmentally sound, using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products.    Ideal for sitting on whilst doing meditation in full lotus, half lotus or any desired cross-legged posture. Also used as a support for many other Yoga purposes( ask a Teacher for details)

This Block is firm but not overly hard like some Yoga blocks you can buy, neither is it too spongy.  As a long term Yoga fan myself I can vouch for it( as I use the same type of block in my own Yoga practice).
