DELIVERY: All items sent by special delivery, recorded delivery, courier or parcel service. We state the method af shipping in the listing.All items will require a signature on delivery. Any item which is sent by Courier or parcel service and is returned as undelivered due to buyer not being in to accept delivery, will have a deduction of the delivery charge multiplied by 2 from any refund as we are charged for sending the parcel and also charged for returning the parcel to us. The charge for an undelivered item sent by Royal Mail will have a charge of the shipping costs deducted from the refund. If buyer wishes to have the parcel re-sent the above deductable charges will have to be re-paid. No exceptions to this rule. The shipping cost are detailed clearly in every listing. Goods paid for by Paypal will only be shipped to the registered on Paypal.

PAYMENT: Payment can be made by PAYPAL, Cheque, Postal order, Bank Transfer. Verified Paypal addresses will have their order shipped same day if ordered before 2pm. Non verified address will be shipped next working day. Non UK buyers must pay by Bank transfer or International Draft. No paypal payments from Abroad will be accepted without prior agreement.

SHIPPING: All goods shipped same working day if order received before 2pm, otherwise next working day. No orders shipped on weekends and holidays. All orders sent by Special delivery, courier, normally arrive next working day or the second day from shipping date. Royal mail orders normally arrive 1-4 working days. COURIER ITEMS CAN BE TRACKED ON LINE.

RETURNS: All unwanted items ordered and shipped correctly can be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition for a full refund of the product price. We will not refund the shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Any faulty or incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You must e-mail and obtain a returns number before retuning the product. Once received and confirmed wrong or faulty, we will re-ship the correct product or the same product if faulty and also refund the return postage to the same method of payment.
