The Lowdown (for young people) - Registered Charity: 801886 - is a Free & Confidential Youth Counselling and Information Service based in Northampton (UK). They provide information, support, signposting & referrals for parents, carers, individuals & groups working with young people plus outreach services & medical advice. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
FURTHER INFORMATION: ITEM SPECIFICS - We will always aim to show the actual item. We will always be honest & describe items in as much detail as time will reasonably allow. Many of our items have been donated & whilst we can assess visible wear & tear we rely on our donors to inform us of any additional information. All items are sold in good faith. POSTAGE - We aim to be fair with all postage costs & will usually offer 2nd Class Standard (UK) and Standard Air Mail (International). If you require additional services such as 1st Class, Recorded or Signed for Delivery, please Contact Us first - this may be possible at Buyer's expense. BUYER ADDRESS - All items requiring postage will be shipped to the address you have registered with PAYPAL unless you inform us otherwise within 24 hours of auction end. Buyers are responsible for checking that their Paypal address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for missing items due to incorrect information being supplied to us. SHIPPING LOCATIONS - Please check before bidding. If we do not offer a postage option to your location, please Contact Us so this can be added if possible. Please do not bid before your location is added. SHIPPING - Items will normally be posted within 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment. UK Buyers: Please allow atleast 7-10 working days before contacting us. International Buyers: Please allow 10-14 working days. During busy postal periods or postal worker disputes delivery times may take longer - please allow for this before contacting us. PAYMENT OPTIONS - Paypal Only (unless stated). Buyer Collect Option requires cleared payment before collection (unless otherwise agreed). BUYER COLLECTION - We sometimes offer this for larger, bulky items. Cash on collection is not normally offered. We request you work with the donor of the item to arrange a mutually agreeable time & that all items are collected within 7 days of auction end.
