ABOUT US

We are a family with 4 children and really enjoy ebaying. Our experiences have been almost exclusively only the best - both with buying and selling. We are not running a business, but merely enjoying recycling our things and letting them move on to new homes when we have finished using them - especially our children's clothes and toys. We love nice clothes and toys and things get very well looked after in our house. So very often our items are in excellent, like new condition, sometimes even brandnew (especially if they fitted at the wrong time of the year/season). We do not smoke and have no furry pets which could cause you allergies etc. Our household is busy with lots of children, but very clean.

You can bid with confidence as our 100% positive feedback indicates. We buy a lot on ebay ourselves and know how disappointing it is to receive items of poor quality. We always do our very best to describe every item as accurately and truthfully as possible. Should there be minor damages or stains we will always point them out or even add a photo of them so you know exactly what you are bidding on. Should we have overlooked something please send us an email and we will try to help sort things out to your satisfaction. We are all human, are not professional sellers and errors can occur, but we are always willing to help if at all reasonable and/or possible.

We always obtain a proof of posting, but will not be held responsible if the item does get lost in the post (has only happened once so far). If items get lost in the post we will help you trace your item, but generally it has to be said that items sometimes take a good time longer than expected and are usually not really lost. If you wish your item(s) to be sent by registered mail or insured please let us know and we can find out the price for you and post it according to your wishes.

We are also happy to combine postage on multiple purchases as long as it makes sense (i.e. doesn't increase the cost if the parcel gets too big for example) and as long as the items all go to the same address. You can either ask us before bidding and we will work out a cost or you can trust us not to rob you and just let us know when you have purchased the items. Either way we will try to get you a reduction where possible.

You can also bid on items on different days, but if you wish to bid on items a week apart or so please drop us a little mail so we know you are still waiting for something else to finish. You can then check out all the items together and get a postage discount as mentioned above if applicable.

If you are bidding from abroad please ask for the appropriate amount of postage if not mentioned in postage section and we will work it out for you. We have no reservations in terms of sending our items and will post to anywhere you want your item to go to. We have even posted gifts for children wrapped nicely from one end of the world to the other sent by their grandparents via ourselves (and no, that did not cost extra)!

Please try to pay within 3 days of the close of the auction as I am trying to post items off very promptly and I can not go to the post office every single day. If for any reason your payment can not reach us within 3 days please send us a little mail - just so we know what's happening.

We try to use recycled packaging wherever possible and hope you agree with this. Not only does it help the environment, but also your pocket as it keeps the P & P down to a sensible amount.
