All our clothing is stored in a completely dry, clean and smoke free enviroment and will be sent neatly and securely to you.

There are no fancy tricks or hidden trickery to our photos other than the brightness sometimes being adjusted if the flash has been too little or too harsh. What you see really is what you get and we hope you like it.

Gentle reminders are issued for payments after 5 days, then dispute opened on day 8.

Boho Hippy abide by distance selling regulations as governed by DTI for buy it now items only.

We accept returns upto 14 days from dispatch for buy it now items.

If its our mistake ( ie wrong garment sent, error on listing etc) then we will return all your original costs and pay for return postage on both auctions and buy it nows. If its accetable to you, we add this cost onto the refund when the item is returned but if you want it up front, let us know and we'll paypal it. This applies to buy it now and auctions where the mistake is ours.

However, for all other buy it now returns -( wrong fit, just doesn't look right, you just plain ol' don't like it ) We refund on signed/recorded delivery receipt of the item being returned to us in an unused/as sold condition. The cost of this return is met by the buyer. On receipt of the item being returned in the agreed condition we refund all your original payment to us - item and intial outbound postage.
Sometimes we send a free gift, you don't have to return that, have that on us and think of us again if we can help.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
