Payment
I accept Paypal, debit and credit cards. Goods may also be paid for and collected from our retail shop.
All of the goods are UK stock and prices include VAT.
If you wish to have a next day delivery, please contact me for the exact additional charge prior to payment.
Shipping
Stated postage is for mainland UK. Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non mainland Britain. If you wish to bid on an item to be delivered to these areas, please e-mail me before placing a bid.
Post codes affected include; BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE.
By placing a bid you are entering into a contract. Negative feedback will be left for any buyer who does not complete the transaction.

Delivery
Goods will be despatched once payment has cleared.
If delivery of items takes longer than 5 working days, please contact me so that I can find out where your item is and when you can expect delivery.
A contact phone number MUST be provided for all deliveries. Failure to provide a contact phone number may result in the carrier being unable to deliver to your address. If the carrier is unable to deliver to you and additional costs are incurred, these costs will be passed on to you the customer.
Please check all deliveries to make sure the goods have not been damaged in transit. Goods delivered by carrier must be signed for on receipt. If you sign for the goods as "in good Condition" and subsequently find they are damaged, I will be unable to claim for damage from the carrier and replacements or repairs will be at your own expense.
Warranty Claims
We must be notified of warranty claims before the goods are returned to us at your own expense. We will then progress your claim and either return the goods to you free of charge or provide a refund, refund charges may apply in certain circumstances.
Refunds and Returns
Returned goods must be unused and complete, returns are subject to our returns policy.
All manufacturers guarantees are shown where applicable and do not affect your statutory rights.
