This auction is for appealing Pair of Vintage Corkscrews, the first is a Wood handled Laurent Siret Rocheforts / Loire. The vine wood handle is 6.75 inches long, 1.25 inches wide at the widest point. The fixed worm is 2.75 inches long, the corkscrew section is 1.25 inches long. This corkscrew has a rounded rectangle metal label marked "CAVES DE LA TOUR EIFFEL" the label is quite legible, there is a small dent partially obscuring the O and R in Tour. The rectangular part of the worm is marked Laurent Siret Rocheforts / Loire. The worm is positioned in the middle of the handle with approximately 3.25 inches of handle on each side of the worm.
The second corkscrew in the shape of an antique key, I do not know if the corkscrew is antique, vintage, or modern. 4.75 inches from the top of the handle to the bottom of the worm. The handle is 2.75 inches wide, 2 inches from the top of the handle to the base where the worm begins. The base of the worm is 1/2 inch, in green. The worm, as a whole, is 2 7/8 inches long. This corkscrew has a hollow, ornamental worm case, shaped like the barrel and ward of a key. The case is about 3 inches long, the ward is about 3/4 inch square. This corkscrew has a verdigris patina, it looks as if it was not applied and not the work of time. This corkscrew is trimmed in brass, the worm is fixed in place.
