On offer here is a nice pair of old old cane worked bergere hall chairs dating in construction to the late victorian period of the 19th centiury.

Made of solid mahogany , these fabulous chairs stands on hoof feet united by stunning turned stretchers. Surmounted above is a caned seat below a stunning tall cane worked back rest. The back rest is profusely carved in the carolean style with carved centre between pilasters.

Offered in a very good condition commensurate with age. This item is old so please do not expect it to be as new. Free of worm and solid in joint ready to use being well polished with no damage to the cane
