I’d be really grateful if you could read the following terms and conditions.

·         All items will be posted by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery unless otherwise stated in the Postage section below.  I endeavour to post within 24 hours of payment being cleared and certainly within 2 working days.  If you wish to purchase more than one item from me I will combine postage costs wherever possible.

·         I do ship to other countries and would ask international buyers to contact me for postage and packing costs prior to bidding, offering or buying.  All international parcels will be sent by Airmail unless otherwise requested.

·         PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS, PAYPAL ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

·         I pack items extremely well and with great care; firstly in tissue, then lots of bubblewrap and packed into an appropriate sized box filled with polychips.  All packing materials are new and parcels have “Fragile”, “Glass”, etc. stickers where necessary.

·         The postage charged is as accurate as I get achieve with my postal scales.  The packing charge is based on a scale determined by the size of the box, packing, etc.  If the actual postage is considerably less than I have quoted (i.e. more than £1), I will refund the difference. If it’s more than I quoted, then it’s my loss! Past experience has shown that I’m usually right on the button, certainly for domestic postage, but mistakes do happen.

·         I cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.  Refunds will not be given in either case, although I will do all I can to assist with any claims.  I always obtain Proof of Postage.  I really do value your custom and feedback, so if you do have a problem, please contact me, and I’ll try to resolve it for you.

·         If, when you receive an item and it does not match the description, and no compromise can be met, then the purchase price will be refunded.  I rely on good feedback from my customers and will do all that I can to ensure that your experience when dealing with Abbey Sands Collectibles is as pleasurable as possible.
