Please note these are our depot hours of business. Our eBay shop is a separate entity and although it is part of the John Richards company, it is co-coordinated at separate premises and phoning the depot may not necessarily result in an answer to your query. Email is the best way to contact regarding eBay specific queries. However, whereas we will endeavor to answer all queries as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that emails and questions will be answered at the weekend or in the evening. If you have a query concerning one of our products, please ensure that you have read the description fully before emailing. We are sorry that we cannot enter into long explanations in our emails and you may receive a 1 or 2 word answer due to the large number of emails received by us.

Our payment policy
We are UK VAT registered (Vat Registration No: 280 3191 74).
The price shown in our E-bay listings are fully inclusive of VAT, there are no hidden extras! Every purchaser will receive a VAT Receipt with their order.
Customers outside the EU
You should email for VAT exclusive pricing on 'Buy it Now' items and carriage costs on larger items. Paypal payment is essential for all overseas purchases.
Personal cheque payments from UK customers
Goods will not be posted until 10 days after receipt by us to allow for clearance. Immediate payment through Paypal will ensure your goods are posted on our next posting day.

If you have won an item and are bidding on others
If this will cause a delay in payment, you should advise us so that you do not get caught in our unpaid items process. Immediate payment is expected on ‘Buy it Now’ items. Unless you advise us why you are delaying, you could once again get caught in our unpaid items process.
