Description of Miniature(s) Being sold: The Grenadier bear is painted as a grizzly and the Ral Partha as the smaller American black bear.

Alterations made to figure (other than painting and removal of flash/mold lines): None

Description of Base: The brown bear is glued directly to a plastic Warhammer cavalry base then flock and various scenic materials from GW and Woodland Scenics were used to make it blend in better. The black bear is on a custom created / painted rock glued to a plastic round base.

General Information: All miniatures are sealed with 3 coats of Krylon gloss spray and 1 coat of dull matte finish (either Krylon or Testors) for protection. This helps protect them for gaming use. All miniatures contain small parts and should always be kept out of the reach of small children and pets. Some miniatures may contain lead, but these are all painted and sealed. If some of the words like mold lines, flash, etc. are confusing to you, there's a page just for you to explain them.

US Shipping: Free by United States Postal Service First Class. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for how long it takes to get to you once it leaves us!  Insurance is $1.75 and your responsibility.  Everything is carefully packed, but if it's lost or broken in the mail it is not our responsibility, it is yours. Packages ship out in 1-3 working days.  There are no refunds for lost or broken merchandise unless it is insured.  If you purchased insurance and something happens we will do everything in our power to get your money back.  If you would rather have Priority Shipping, FedEx Ground / Air or UPS Ground / Air we'll happily ship it any way you choose.  However, you will have to pay the exact shipping cost for anything except USPS First Class.

We will always combine shipping for the lowest possible fee if it isn't free. Items will be combined, but we will contact you in mail for the final price. Obviously this doesn't apply to free shipping, but if there's a shipping fee on any of your auctions we'll need to weigh it.

You will get a notification from PayPal.com which will have your tracking number and tell you the exact day we ship your package. (United States only.)

International Shipping: International Shipping is the exact cost for First Class International mail.  Insurance is offered to the countries the USPS will allow US shippers to insure to (this varies from country to country.)  The price varies depending on where you are in the world.  Your can find your shipping cost underneath the area where you place your bid. Packages are shipped out in 1-5 working days and will take anywhere from 1 week to a month. We have no control over customs or the time it takes, we can only ship it promptly and hope for the best.

Payment Terms:  Payment must be made within 7 days unless you contact us and let us know it will be late.  With free shipping on most of our items, we don't combine auctions from week to week unless specifically asked about it.

Payment Types Accepted (US): PayPal.  If you need to pay by some other means, please contact us.

Payment Types Accepted (Rest of the World): PayPaly ONLY.

Returns: If you aren't happy with your purchase you may return an item under certain conditions.

1. It must be returned (at your cost) within 10 days of the mailing date.
2. It must arrive back to my address in the exact same condition it was mailed in. If the post office damages it, you must claim insurance. No returns on goods damaged or lost by the post office.
3. If shipping wasn't free and postage was charged you do not get the price of the postage back.
4. If it's bought and paid for, it's yours. This includes if someone else (children, relatives staying at your home, etc.) purchase and pay without your permission. That would mean both your Ebay and PayPal accounts were used. You must understand that looks suspicious. Please remember keep your passwords safe no matter where you do business. You can return it if it's done within 10 days and arrives in the same condition it was mailed in.
