All the products we sell are in stock in our 2,500 sq ft warehouse in Herefordshire and are available for immediate shipment direct to you. If we don't have it we won't list it!

Our twice daily Monday to Friday courier collections ensure that they are in your hands in the fastest possible time.

Bamford Trading is a genuine UK based VAT registered business. All prices quoted include VAT where applicable.

Bamford Trading complies with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act for your security.

We offer a Freepost returns service for faulty items and a freephone customer service telephone - which is answered by one of us - not a call centre or answering machine!

Payment & VAT

Payment is welcomed via Paypal, NOCHEX, Uncrossed GBP Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card (for payments of £5 or more) - call FREE on 0800 634 1471 (international/mobile +44 (0)1989 780 660). Postal Orders must be made payable to Bamford Trading (UK) Ltd and left uncrossed. Please note that we CANNOT accept cash or cheques. Crossed Postal Orders and cheques will be returned to you.

All prices include VAT and a VAT invoice will be emailed to you automatically when your item is dispatched.

Channel Islands and VAT
If you require an invoice without VAT please contact us BEFORE you pay. Refunding VAT after payment is a time consuming complicated task and will be subject to a charge equal to 17.5% of the item/postage value.

Please select the service you require during checkout - if its urgent we suggest 1st class or Parcelforce 24. Contact us if you require a recorded or guaranteed Special Delivery service.

Ireland
Where the listing shows postage prices for Ireland these are guide prices (due to differing weight thresholds it isn't possible to show accurate pricing for the UK and Ireland). This is the most you will have to pay. We suggest that you contact us during checkout for a revised invoice - in particular if you have bought multiple items. Restrictions will apply for heavier items over 2kg

Channel Islands
We do not supply items over 2kg to the Channel Islands. We suggest that you contact us before you buy to confirm that we can supply your item(s)

Postage Services:
Most of our items are available with 1st and 2nd Class Postage (subject to weight and value restrictions)

1st and 2nd Recorded, Special Delivery (G'teed Next Day Mon to Fri) and Parcelforce 48/24 are also available

Our Standard Delivery Option in the UK is 2nd Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days
If you require a faster service please select the 1st Class or Parcelforce options during checkout

If you require a guaranteed next day service please contact us for a quote for Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24

1st Class, Special Delivery and Parcelforce deliveries are given handling priority

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) however please allow up to 48 hours to receive our dispatch confirmation email

Combined Purchases
We are always pleased to combine the postage & packing charge for multiple purchases when paid for in one transaction. This usually results in great savings on postage costs. Just "request total from seller" when checking out (and before paying for any item). We will then send you a combined, discounted invoice. If you want to know the price before you buy just ask!

Returns

At Bamford Trading we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar. We are happy to guide you through our Returns Policy and, where relevant, provide you with a Freepost return label.
