Due to hygiene reasons, we do not refund food products or pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Please email us first, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not faulty, it must be returned in its original packaging, and in this instance, the customer must pay the return P+P. Please enclose your ebay ID with the item, failure to do so will slow down the refund process considerably. We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations for your protection.
