 Delivery:

• Items are sent with a proof of posting.
• You can request to have goods sent with recorded delivery so if you goods are lost a claim can be made
• Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim. (See my feedback)
•  We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends)
• Goods are sent in the cheapest way, normally second class unless you select otherwise.
• If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again
• If item has not been received in 10 working days please contact total trading

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described
• If an item is faulty Total Trading should be immediately contacted and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange. This does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
• All postage and packing costs and returns are to be paid by the buyer
• Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
• Refunds given if item is returned within 7 days, all tags and original packaging must still be intact.
• Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a track able method, as I will NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
• Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
• These policies do not affect your statutory rights.

P&p cost.

p&P cost are  be as per listing we dont offer postal discounts for multiple purchases from different listings.
The p&P fee includes  not only royal mail costs but packers and picking fee.
Any p&P discounts if any  will be specific to that listing only  if multiples items are availble. All items are set at immediate payment only. Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery. All P&P costs are given upfront with the item.
