Occaisionally a item is out of stock, and takes a few days to come into my warehouse, normally it will go out the next day. 4) Flat Rate Shipping is to the continental US. For Canada PR, Alaska and Hawaii, please email us first, I will Ship USPS or DHL Express to these locations. At this time I Do Not Ship to APO/FPO Box's.
