Notes on Duty Fees/VAT/Other Charges: This listing is prepared for UK Buyers. The following benefits are offered in the event the item is shipped out to a UK address. If the item is requested to be shipped out to another country, the following benefit program will be voided. This benefit program is valid for only one item for one client. If the client buys more items and request a combined shipment, the benefit program will be voided in this case. One client may buy same or different items in different time frames, in this case this benefit program will work separately for each different case.
This program is intended to regulate customer's total costs. In the event the customer gets other charges from their local authorities, we want to share some part of those possible costs. These costs may be outlined as:a) Possible VAT charges, b) Possible Customs Duty Charges, c) Possible Customs Inspection Charges, d) Currency Conversion Charges, e) Other Possible Charges, yet we do not know. If the total extra charges may exceed %5 of the total price, we promise the buyer to reimburse the exceeding balance. Let's assume that you paid 9 GBP for the item and 9 GBP for the shipping and total you paid 18 GBP to us for a specific item. And during the transaction period you get an extra 5 GBP charge from other sources. In this case, your maximum extra cost will be bounded by (9+9)*0.05=0.9 GBP. After you sent the original invoices of the other charges to us, we will reimburse 4.1 GBP to you from your original payment. So your maximum other possible costs will be bounded by %5 of the total amount that you paid to us. In order for us to process the refund, the payment should have been sent through PayPal. Other forms of payment may not be eligible for this program. This is not an insurance program, anyway we are not an insurance company but a computer company. This program should be handled as a trading company trying to help its clients in the event they expose to unexpected charges. We want to be near you in the event you get into trouble and share some part of the possible costs. We believe in that in such events, when you get help, you will be satisfied and this is our purpose to see you smile :-)
Warning: Please do not request from us to mark the item as 'gift' or devalue the item price. We will help you in the event of unexpected charges may appear according to the above procedure.

Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal (www.paypal.com) is the only accepted payment method.
Our PayPal account (wholesale@sib-usa.com) holds the following currency balances: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, HKD, JPY. If you find your home currency in this list, you may send the payment to our PayPal account. For other Currency Types, you may still send your payment but Currency Conversion charges from your home currency to US Dollar may apply.
Shipping Response Time: Same or Next Day Shipment upon confirmation of your payment. We will send a shipping notification to your eBay and/or Paypal email address. If you do not receive shipping notification in 2 Business days, please contact us. The Delivery Time may change according to the Shipping Service. Seller is not responsible for service transit times.
Shipping Address: For PayPal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly. Please include your confirmed address to avoid any delays in shipment. Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment, as it will be disregarded.
Warranty Terms
Warranty Terms start from purchase date. Buyer will be responsible, if replacement warranty ceases due to late payment. If shipment takes more than 10 days starting from the payment date, any delays will be deducted from the warranty time interval. Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable.
Please be advised that in the event of a negative feedback left for us with abandon and/or before giving us a chance to resolve any type of issue related to our products or services, the above-mentioned warranty will be rendered voided immediately.
