All sales are final. If you win one of our items then you are legally obliged to pay for it.
If the item is found to have a fault on arrival or it is not as described, we will replace it for you free of charge (or refund your money if identical item is not available) if we are informed within 7 days of the end of the Auction. Return postage fees and shipping fees will not be refunded.
No batteries operated items will be accepted back due to depleted batteries.
Items are only covered by Royal Mails postage cover unless you ask for extra insurance
If a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found, we will hold the item until payment is received for the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds for unwanted / mistaken bids will be given on application (and after the return of the item), but will be charged Administration Fee of 20% or a minimum of £1 of the item's paid price, which ever is higher.
Only items returned un-used and with no physical changes with all the original labelling and tags attached will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is the correct size to fit its purpose before bidding. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
We will not take responsibility for any item lost or damaged unless you pay for insured shipping. In bidding / buying this item you also agree not to hold me responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If you insure your items and there is damage or loss - you will be provided with documentation of insurance and it will be your responsibility to file a postal claim NOT a PayPal claim for a refund. I will not refund on my end. You will need to deal with the postal services for refunds.
