Having carefully read the description and placed your order, if you are unhappy in any way once you have received your items, please give us a chance to put things right or perfect by contacting us before leaving feedback.


If you wish to make a return, the following applies:

Short-delivery and damages must be reported within 48h.

Otherwise and in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 'cooling off' period of 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order, within which you may notify us of your desire to return. You do not need to provide a reason for your decision, although we would appreciate any suggestions you can give to allow us to improve our future offering.
The items in question must remain unused and in pristine condition. This includes, but is not limited to: unopened original packaging and bags where applicable and an 'as new' smell (e.g. no tobacco or perfume).

Once you inform us of your desire to return we will provide return instructions, after which you must send the items back to us within another 7 days. Unfortunately a handling fee may apply after that time, or your return not accepted at all. Subject to the condition of the returned items a refund will be made within 30 days via original means of payment.

With the exception of faulty items, any return postage/insurance/etc costs are your own responsibility, and except in the case of faulty or severely misdescribed goods, returns may be subject to a handling fee.

To avoid unnecessary returns you are encouraged to ask questions and order single items as samples to check suitability before buying larger quantities whenever possible, in particular where colour matching is necessary, since the accuracy of colours in the pictures may vary on different screens.

Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers, however we will nevertheless consider a return or other options depending on the particular circumstances.
