Cut fabrics can not be returned as all items are cut to order and as such are non-returnable 
We endeavour to ensure all orders are perfect and correct, as we only deal in Grade A fabrics   However, if you do receive an item which is flawed or faulty (this only very occasionally happens and is due to the nature of the pvc coating process), please contact us within 7 days. In this case we will give a full refund or replace the item

If you find you have to return an item,please use a trackable delivery service The item must be in a pristine condition and in the original packaging, and must include the item number, your ebay ID and address   

If returned to us in a used condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee
