2.5kg Chick Flint Grit

An essential part of your chickens feeding regime is to gather a certain amount of non soluable grit. Chickens do not have teeth, the grit sits in their gizzard and acts like teeth allowing them to break down their food properly, especially where wheat and corn are fed.

As with adult birds, grit should be available to chicks and growing birds.
