We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  All postage fees include the actuall postage cost, packing, storage and labour costs. Please agree with our postage fees before purchase. Multiple items will be shipped in the same package. A 50 pence discount is available on all additional items purchased at the same time.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 4 days of receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
