We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of cleared payment. We use Parceline for bigger orders and they are sent by next day delivery (UK mainland only). Smaller orders are shipped by the Royal Mail and if it's not with you within 5 working days from the dispatch date, please ring our customer helpline on 0871 310 9991. ReturnsGenuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Faulty items that cannot be sent via Royal Mail we will arrange collection using our courier.
