If you live in NJ sales tax is 6%.

UPS ground service does not deliver to PO Boxes.  If a PO Box address is given, item will ship USPS.

A tracking number will be provided to you in an email from UPS or USPS as soon as your item ships. 

I will combine shipping costs for multiple items whenever possible. Please ask me for the total amount.

Auction winners will be contacted by e-mail and will have 7 days to submit payment for their auction purchase. After 7 days, a "Non-Paying Bidder Alert from eBay" will automatically be filed and an email will be sent from me as a reminder as well. If I do not hear back from you 7 days after the "Non-Paying Bidder Alert from eBay" I will automatically send eBay a "Request for Final Value Fee credit" and assume you do not intend to pay. At that point I will have no choice but to relist the item and post appropriate feedback. Items not purchased within the time frame above will no longer be available to you.

Due to the volume of listings on eBay, on very rare occasions listed auction items may be unavailable at auction end. In such cases, the winning bidder will be notified that the item is unavailable, and I will try to arrange for a reasonable item substitution or refund.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

Buyers have 30 days from purchase date of each item to notify me of any concerns. Items are sold "As is." No warranty is applicable unless otherwise stated.  After this 30 day period all sales are final.

If I am notified within the 30 day period, I will accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for any item that is not as described in the auction listing or not working properly. Buyer will be responsible for costs involved in return shipping of item.

A partial refund will be provided for items that are returned due to buyer mistake.  Refund will be minus actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking / administrative fee (a minimum $5.00 fee will be assessed for items purchased for less than $50.00).

Buyers who wish to back out of a winning bid or buy-it-now purchase will be charged a 10% restocking / administrative fee (a minimum $5.00 fee will be assessed for items purchased for less than $50.00).

When mailing payment be sure to reference your eBay ID, email address, auction number and delivery address.  If you do not include this information, I will not know what item your payment is for and shipment will be delayed.  Please write your information neatly.
