Warranty / Returns
Most items come with a WEEK WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay. We will send you a replacement or refund you.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via message, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages on a 24hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 2 working days. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the replacement or refund will be delayed.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing except Weekends & Bank Holidays. Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail does not guarantee this.
Q: Can I have combine shipping if I buy multiple listing items?
A: Sorry, we do not have any combine shipping for our listing items. If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we will delivery them at the same package. Please inform us if you require to delivery them separately before item dispatched.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologize in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages on a 24hr from Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
Q: I would like a refund?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days, and in its original condition. Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
