We will accept goods for a refund if notified in writing within seven days of receipt of delivery, provided the goods are in a sealable condition and complete with all components and undamaged original packaging.  Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited. Goods are to be returned at the consumers cost and are to be sent via a service so that proof of postage can be obtained.
If the item has a arrived faulty then you must contact us within 3 Days of receiving the item. It is up to the buyer to return the item via an appropriate method, if a fault as been found then a replacement will be sent, NO REFUNDS will be offered.
No returns will be accepted without prior consent from sem2uk. Please ensure that when goods are returned, they are sent via a postal/carrier service which obtains a signature upon delivery as Scratch Nails cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at Scratch Nails.
Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge. (20% of the invoice value). This handling and restocking charge will be requested or will deducted from refund total.

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as 20% of the credit value  The handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note.

Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at the discretion of Scratch Nails
