Specification

Van damme flexible, large diameter anti-kink, studio grade 2 pair multicore cable version 3.1 in blue, which features Ultra Pure Oxygen-Free Copper for the 4 (2x2) conductors with a 150% coverage aluminium foil screen and drain wire for each channel pair. The cable conductors are continuous from end to end and are specially prepared to form the twin 150mm long phono tails without the need for unsightly heat shrink tubing or braid associated with other manufacturers. Our technique retains the aesthetics, integrity and durability of this lead. The rubber stop and tail insulator colours are black and connected using high silver content solder to 2 x Neutrik/Rean black metal bodied phono plugs with gold plated contacts, one phono has a red ID band (right signal) and the other is black (left signal). The other end features your choice of a Neutrik/Rean standard 4 or 5pin DIN or a Preh locking 5pin DIN plug, all have gold/silver plated contacts and both 5pin DIN plugs have 180 degree pin layouts.

This lead is recommended as a stereo signal interconnect for connection of audio equipment (CD players, tuners, pre-amps etc) which have RCA phono line outputs, to high end Hi-Fi systems or power amps with DIN input sockets
