Returns Policy:

Returns will be accepted for refunds, merchandise credit or item exchange only. Items listed as closeout or discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must have a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The issued RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or envelope.
Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original documents (you may want to retain a copy for your records).
The returned item must be received by us within 30 days of the order delivery date (the date you received it). The buyer is responsible for all costs/postage associated with returning the item.
Items that have been worn, altered and/or damaged by the buyer/user will not be accepted and may be discarded. The buyer will be responsible for all costs of returning all non-accepted items to said buyer.
All returns are subject to a $4 charge that will be deducted from any issued refunds. A charge for sending the new/exchanged item(s) back to the buyer may be assessed to cover postage, package and handling costs.
