Postage & Packaging
Once payment has been made please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within UK, and 10 working days for international delivery.

Payment
We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards from all customers. For UK customers we accept payment via cheque and postal orders, a note with the item number must be included with payment. For international customers we accept payment via cashiers checks in GBP Sterling. We do not accept personal checks or money orders in USD. Please make your payments within 14 days of the close of auction. Failure to do this will result in the item being re-listed, a non-payment notice filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left.
Damaged Items
If upon receipt you find that your item has been damaged, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and send the item back to our postal address. I will quite happily exchange the item for another, or if this is not possible for some other item(s) to your satisfaction, (ensuring positive feedback between us both). A full refund is also an
option.
Refund Policy
A full refund or exchange is available within 14 days of purchase if the item(s) is not to your satisfaction. The postage and packaging is non-refundable. A refund will be given once the item(s) has been sent back to our postage address (ensuring positive feedback between us both). The same conditions apply if the item you receive is not as described, however; in this case P&P is refundable.
