• Claims of damage, loss or merchandise short fall must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be considered valid.

• All exchanges and returns require a Returns number which is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

• A return for credit must be requested within 14 days of the ebay transaction. Thereafter, all sales are final.

• The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Returns number issue date.

• We reserve the right to charge restocking fees on products that are returned due to purchaser error.

How to return an item
Step 1. Send email to ebayreturns@core-memory.co.uk 
Please include your ebay transaction number with reason for the return request

Step 2. After receiving your RMA number, prepare your parcel for return using the same or similar packaging as supplied. Any item returned damaged and not packaged as instructed will not be eligible for a refund.

Step 3. Post, using first class recorded delivery insured for full value of the item to Core Memory 9 Brookhill, Stevenage, Herts SG2 8RR
Core memory recommends you keep all the packaging until you are happy with your purchase.

Crediting your account
Credit will be issued within four business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to Paypal account that was used for the transaction.
