Format of the Contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Funky
Giraffe.
No contract exists between Funky Giraffe and the customer
until the sale of any goods and Funky Giraffe have accepted
the order and payment has been received in full. Once this
has been done there is then a binding legal contact between
Funky Giraffe and the customer.
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see
below).
Funky Giraffe may change these terms of sale without notice
to you in relation to future sales.
Description & Price of Goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be
shown on the Funky Giraffe website at the time that you
place your order.
All goods are subject to availability and Funky Giraffe will
inform the customer as soon as possible and will refund or
re-credit the customer should the order not be available in
stock.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the
Funky Giraffe website are accurate at the time you place
your order. If an error is found, then Funky Giraffe will
inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of
reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling
your order. If Funky Giraffe does not receive an order
confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error,
the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel,
then Funky Giraffe will refund or re-credit you for any sum
that has been paid by you via the same method that the
payment was made..
In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a
delivery charge for the goods.
Payment
All payments must be made by the recipient of the goods.
Should the recipient and payee details not match then such
payments may be refunded. For traders, a trade pricelist can
be provided, generally where orders are of 20 pieces and

Funky Giraffe reserve the right to refund any payment.
Postage / Shipping / Delivery
Funky Giraffe can ship items to any country, worldwide. All
UK items are shipped using Royal Mail first class
recorded or special next day delivery, depending on the
order value. All items purchased from Funky Giraffe will
require a signature on receipt. For international purchases,
items will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for /
airsure or Federal Express depending on the order value.
Should a package not be collected by the recipient and is
returned to us, the buyer is expected repay the postage cost
for the redelivery of the item. Failure to pay the
redelivery cost will result in a partial refund as stated in
the returns section of this document.
Orders placed before 1pm are unlikely to be processed that
day. Funky Giraffe aim to process orders within the same or
following working day.
Returns & Right of Cancellation
Any items purchased in error or received as faulty can be
returned within 7 working days of receipt of an RMA form for
a full refund minus postage with the condition that items
are in the condition that they were received. Requests for
an RMA form must be made to returns@funkygiraffe.co.uk in
writing giving your order number and full name within 7
working days of receipt. If you exercise your right of
cancellation after the goods have been received then these
goods must be returned to Funky Giraffe at your own cost.
All returns require the completion of an RMA form which will
be emailed back to the recipient’s email account. This RMA
form must be requested within 7 working days of receipt of
the received order and must be signed and completed in full
and returned back to the address on that RMA form with the
faulty or incompatible product. RMA forms must be requested
by email to returns@funkygiraffe.co.uk where you will
receipt a unique RMA number that must be added to the
returns form..
The customer must take reasonable care to ensure that the
goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Funky
Giraffe strongly suggest that items are returned with a
recorded delivery courier as Funky Giraffe will not be
liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Funky Giraffe also strongly suggest that items should be
fully insured on return. Any items that are lost or damaged
in transit must be reclaimed by the customer from their
shipping courier.
The customer must also follow the terms and conditions as given on the returns
form and must ensure that the form is signed and dated. Funky Giraffe aim to
process received returns with an accompanying returns form within 5 working
days.
Faulty Items
Any items that are found to be DOA must be notified as this
within 7 days of receipt by emailing
returns@funkygiraffe.co.uk. Should we not receive a
notification within this time period then such items are
deemed to be accepted by the customer. On return of DOA
items, these will be fully tested to determine if the item
is faulty or incompatible with your system.
Warranty
All goods supplied by Funky Giraffe are warranted free from
defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless
otherwise stated). This warranty doesn’t affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
If any goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you
should notify Funky Giraffe by email to
returns@funkygiraffe.co.uk, giving your order number and
full name.
Data Protection
Funky Giraffe take all reasonable precautions to keep the
details of your order and payment secure, by unless Funky
Giraffe are negligent in this, Funky Giraffe will not be
liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by
you.
Applicable Law
These terms of sale and the supply o the goods will be
subject to English law and the English courts will have
jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the
contract.
