A very attractive solid pine box, dating to around 1880.

Of quality construction, using wide dense planks of well seasoned pine, this box has lasted very well over the last 100+ years.

A rich warm colour, it has been professionally stripped of its old paint layers, and hand finished using a traditional wax polish.

Retained are its original iron handles, hinges, strengthening brackets and lock (key long since lost)

We have now moved to our new antiques warehouse in Wareham, about 15 minutes from Poole in Dorset and welcome you to come over and view any items before bidding - Our address is Units 1 and 2, The Omega Centre, Sandford Lane, Wareham, BH20 4DY - please call to check opening times 01929 555211 or 07737 019601.
