On offer here we have a stunning solid mahogany duchess dressing table dating to the mid Victorian period of the 19th Century.

Made of solid mahogany, the dressing table stands on pad feet with a inverse demi lune base tier above rising to the most fabulous carved bulbous turned legs to the front, with squared rear legs. Surmounted above is a beautiful serpentine shaped dressing table having central drawers to the frieze and with 4 trinket drawers, 2  each side of the swing central mirror again supported by boldely scrolled and carved arms with the frame again in excellent order. Mirror is in excellent order, any visible marks are hand prints/smear.
The dresser is finished with handmade dovetail joint constructed drawers along with beautiful original drawer linings and knob handles

Condition

Offered in an excellent overall  condition commensurate with age. Please though do not expect this piece to be 'as new'. Free from worm and solid in joint ready to use.
