This 19th. Century bronze is a real mess but strangely messed up many years ago in India and they do not normaly do things to their bronzes without a reason, so here it is for sale. I have put loads of pics of this item so please study them carefully but this is what I think you should be looking out for.The bronze stands 12.1/2 cm. high on a base that is 5 cm. square, the base is wrong for the bronze but has been firmly fixed many years ago to the base with a hand made nut that you can see in the pics. There is a protrusion in the middle of the bronze with a hole in it which is there for something to go through but I cannot think what but maybe an incense stick is an idea. Having said all this the bronze is very attractive and could be removed from the base but I have left it the way someone years ago decided he or she wanted it. This interesting item is sold with no reserve and a low start.
