An extremely good quality oil on board inscribed "Clovelly Devon" which is near Bideford on the Northern side of the coastline. Unsigned but clearly by a very good artist, painted on Windsor & Newton prepared board.  
The waves are crashing into the pier and a lone sailing boat whilst coastal cottages have their log fires burning- this is a super composition.
 
Surely to be attributed to someone well listed??
Size framed is 16" x 12"
 
Framed in a birds eye maple frame - ready to hang.
